Button

I find buttons to be functional art.  Historically they have been used as ornaments, seals, in games and as a decoration in  fashion to display the wealth and status of an individual. We use them mostly as a fastener or closure. This button you have found today once belonged to someone special to you and it now acts as a symbol for belonging and connection to your ancestors and the wealth of knowledge they have passed to you.  What does it look like?
