We often feel the negative aspects of time - being late, social/biological clocks, passing time, wasting time.... but time is really just a human made concept. Back in the day, people would tell time just by the passing of the sun though the sky. If something wasn't completed, oh well, there is always tomorrow. Give yourself some grace when you're feeling unproductive or your energy level is low. These feelings have been placed on us by society and most of the time, it is our minds telling us these "rules". Do what you can, when you can. You are being granted permission to freeze time today. Sit with some tea and daydream out the window, take a nice, relaxing bath, have that nap, sit and zen out on the couch. You are allowed to take a breather.
