Pencil

One of the nice things about pencil, is it can be erased.  What would you like to erase and re-write from the past week?  Be creative in how your new story is told.  Life isn't always sparkling, despite what you see from others online etc, ups and downs are all part of the process.  Remember you are in control of how you react or handle any situation.  Your choices and actions will determine the path you walk.  You can do anything now that you've found this pencil.
