These are just a few of my favourite writers from my favourite era. These literary authors have all had very interesting lives; theatre workers, poets, doctors, playwrights, prisoners, critics and editors, and a few even ran in the same circles and read each other’s work. American, Scottish, and Irish, they all had their own beliefs in the supernatural which were woven into their tales. Mystery, darkness, intrigue and a bit of horror, the deliciousness of it all kept me enthralled.I hope you enjoy stitching the signatures of these Gothic Greats.
