Yesterday the Alleyway Oracles reached the $500,000 mark! You don't want to miss out on this campaign! The original Alleyman Tarot was the highest backed tarot deck of all time and know the creative mind behind it has birthed not 1, not 2 but 3 new and original decks. The Alleyway Tarot, The Oracle of Play and The Oracle of Secrets. Each deck is compiled of mismatched cards made by different artists from all over. Even little ol me has a card from my Unraveled deck included in the Oracle of Play (bottom row in the middle). If you'd like to see some of my Alleyman Tarot or my brand new @publishinggoblin Oracle Dice just ask or check out my other posts to see them both in action. Seriously this idea has got people buzzing and whole communities of creators have gathered to collaborate and grow. It's such a wonderful thing to be a part of. You've likely heard of the o riginal Alleyman's Tarot, which is made of over 130 mismatched cards by all different artists. This campaign soon became the highest backed tarot deck ever in Kickstarter history! Decks made up of a melange of cards isn't new but the Alleyman Tarot really brought it into the forefront. There is a group on Facebook that I discovered recently called The Alley where many fans have gathered to swap cards to create their own themed decks which are called Magpie Decks - or Patchwork deck (which I love). I have recently become OBSESSED which doing this myself and have already started to trade a buy individual cards. This is also a great way to collect your fav cards from your fav decks that you may not have been able to get a hold of. Or are special/rare like this Lovers card of Matthew Ryan Cohn and his wife Regina Marie Cohn that I got from the Oddities Flea Market in Chicago this year.
These are the 2 casting boards I created for my Witch Runes workshop. I just printed off these pages and laminated them so they can be used over and over. If you'd like to do the same, I have a digital download of each available in my Etsy shop. Casting boards can be used in a myriad of ways. You can ask questions and then cast your method of divination or hold your pendulum over the board to find your answers. Depending on where your material fall will help you intuit the guidance. Try them out with:
- Charm casting - Pendulums - Runes - Bones - Crystals - Dice I have compiled a few printed versions of my digital zines. I have 4 volumes at the moment which include original tarot spreads, as well as some helpful tidbits and recipes. Wheel of the YearUnraveledMoon PhasesThe ElementsI always like to have a tarot mat when doing readings for myself or others. They also help me decorate my altar or sacred space for different times of the year. You can also use them to wrap up your decks to keep them secure.
I have updated my digital zines in my Etsy Shop. They now include a bit more content and tarot info as well as a bit more cohesiveness across the board. I enjoy making tarot spreads and have more ideas up in the ol' noggin. I have also sent my files off to a local printer to make physical copies which I am excited for.
I've updated the font on the Unraveled Oracle to match the guidebook and the stamp on the bag. I'm really happy with how it turned out. I've added a few decks to my shop and will strive to keep these in stock. Unraveled can be used daily as:
- A Divination Tool - Connection to Spirit - Dream Interpretation - Self reflection / Daily Mindfulness - An affirmation deck or gratitude focus - To aid in journal prompts - Daily Meditation - SO much more Karli of Jessup's General Store and I have teamed up again to make some very magickal altar cloths. These have all be naturally dyed under the full "Cold" moon and screen printed with intention. Click on the pictures to learn more!

Now there is a 2nd volume!! Inside you can find 14 full colour pages of recipes, incantations, tarot spreads, a word search and various witchy bits of information! All proceeds go directly to the artists. Thank you for your kind support! Book measures: 8.5" X 5.5" If you would prefer a digital copy you can get it from Karli's shop here: https://jessupsgeneralstore.ca/collections/the-hexcellent-handbook-zine My dad built me this box this past week after I had given him a terrible drawing with bad measurements. It is 12" from edge to edge. The one side is the perfect fit for a tarot deck. The one pictured is the Everyday Witch Tarot by Debora Blake, The other side is a bit bigger and will be a god spot for a candle, herbs, stones, correspondences, anything really. I've since added a key and some moonstone for Hekate. This upper ledge has room for some stones, and a little spot perfect for a tealight. I might move my selenite charging stone here. He also made a slot along the back to place daily draws, images, or photographs. Currently I have a card from the Work Your Light Oracle by Rebecca Campbell, one from The Everyday Witch Tarot and the business card I designed for the Sage Wind Temple (which you can also see in the side bar on this site). I am also planning on putting in the image of the goddess for each month of the Awakened Soul Coven I belong to. Here is a peek of my space in my studio, My table faces west so I get a nice evening glow in the summer months. You can also see one of my tarot mats I made. I'm really happy with how it turned out, I am so lucky to have a dad who can make anything for me. This will also help keep my space a bit tidier and create some more consistency during this time.
